Our Leaders

Mr. Walters has been our Vice President of Insulation and Supply Chain since joining the company in July 2023. In 2026, Mr. Walters responsibilities expanded into our distribution and manufacturing businesses to drive vertical integration within the company. Prior to joining our team, Mr. Walters spent over 20 years in the building materials industry with Owens Corning across multiple product lines, including residential insulation and roofing. His roles were comprised of marketing and account management for two of the five largest home improvement retailers in the U.S., as well as leadership roles for distribution and contractor sales. He holds a B.A. from the University of Toledo.
